Job Summary:
Ideal Designs is seeking an HR Specialist to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and training. This role is essential in building a strong, engaged workforce aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster positive culture, mediate conflicts.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation.
- HR Data Management: Maintain employee records, generate HR reports, and track metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in HR with knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and experience in the design/creative industry.
